Media and Upload API storage is persistent: files stay until you delete them. Only transfers expire on their own (1 hour to 30 days).

Free, Plus and Pro each cover all three Rapidfile products with one Enzonic account: transfers on rapidfile.cc, image and video hosting on Rapidfile Media, and the Upload API for your own apps. Plus, for example, gives you 10 GB per transfer and 14-day links, 10 GB of Media storage and 10 GB for the Upload API.
Most people don't. Add-ons are for heavy use of one product: the Media add-on (Creator, 100 GB; Studio, 500 GB) and the Upload API add-on (Starter, 100 GB; Growth, 500 GB; Scale, 2 TB). You can add one to any plan, including Free.
Each limit is the better of the two. With Rapidfile Pro and the Media Creator add-on, you get Creator's storage and Pro's transfers. You never pay twice for the same limit, and either one removes ads.
Rapidfile Plus starts with your first month free. Every other plan and add-on is 50% off for the first month (on yearly billing, half a month's price off the first year). It applies to your first subscription to each, and the offer is shown on the button when you qualify.
Rapidfile Pro (and the Media Studio and Upload API Growth and Scale add-ons) include 30% off other Enzonic services at enzonic.com, for as long as you are subscribed.
Plans and add-ons are monthly or yearly subscriptions in US dollars, paid by card through Stripe. Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. They renew automatically until you cancel.
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you move back to Free. There are no cancellation fees.
No. Sign in to the Rapidfile apps with the same Enzonic account and they show no ads. You also get your plan's bigger transfer size there.
Nothing is deleted. Transfers keep their expiry date. Media and Upload API files stay online; if you are over the free storage you can't upload more until you free up space. New transfers use the Free limits (2 GB per transfer, up to 7 days).
Prices are shown before tax. Stripe adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies, emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices any time under Manage billing.
