Questions about plans
How does billing work?
Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions in US dollars, paid by card through Stripe. Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you move back to Free. There are no cancellation fees.
Does a paid plan remove ads everywhere?
Yes. Any paid plan, whether Rapidfile Plus or Pro, Media or the Upload API, removes ads on rapidfile.cc, media.rapidfile.cc and api.rapidfile.cc when you are signed in.
Does the Android app show ads with a paid plan?
No. Sign in to the Rapidfile Android app with the same Enzonic account and it shows no ads. You also get your plan's bigger transfer size there.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Transfers you already sent keep their expiry date and stay downloadable until then. New transfers use the Free limits (2 GB per transfer, up to 7 days).
Do prices include tax? Where are my receipts?
Prices are shown before tax. Stripe adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices any time under Manage billing.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a payment, email admin@enzonic.com from the address on your account and we'll sort it out.
Do I still need an account for free transfers?
No. You can send up to 500 MB without an account. A free account raises that to 2 GB, and the Android app unlocks 5 GB after a short ad.
